Why does my dressing separate? Is it spoiled?The appearance of drench dressing is natural, we do not use preservatives, thickeners, or emulsifiers. Separation is natural and as long as it is refrigerated properly after opening, separation does not indicate spoilage. Shake well before drenching your greens.

Do I have to refrigerate my dressing?Yes and No! Prior to opening, your dressing does not need to be refrigerated. However, once opened it must be refrigerated and consumed within 60-90 days, within the "consume by date" on the bottle.

Do drench products contain soybean oil?drench dressings never contain soybean oil! It is generally an inexpensive oil which is why a large number of supermarket dressings contain soybean oil. Soy is one of the most common genetically modified organisms (GMO) in our food supply. We do use a small amount of organic, non-GMO tamari in our Vegan Caesar. Tamari is made from fermented soybeans and is a high-quality, gluten free soy sauce alternative.
